Matt Sinclair
Matt founded Shoreway Partners under the principle of securing the foundation of your business to prepare for growth. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies to help develop go-to-market strategy and execution plans, improve throughput and value capture for manufacturing and service organizations, and transform cultures from the inside. He has launched and grown multiple consulting practices, including envisioning and building a dedicated small manufacturing and physical product entrepreneurship practice while at MAGNET in Northeast Ohio. Matt is dedicated to helping good people create great companies that provide necessary services to their communities and livelihood for their employees.
Matt has served the not-for-profit community extensively in the Greater Cleveland and Ohio area. He co-founded two not-for-profit organizations in Engage! Cleveland and the Rainbow Babies and Children's Foundation Associate Board. He has also served on numerous boards with the goal of making Greater Cleveland a more attractive place to live and grow.
Matt believes that profit and good business principles can be, and should be, synonymous. A great business thrives when it generates revenue and does so with pride, honesty and heart.
